Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NXT2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NXT2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher NXT2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NXT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM and LUSC are the cancer types where NXT2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
