NXT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,213 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, THOC6, and RFC2. Each is linked with NXT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXT2-to-partner and partner-to-NXT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXT2 versus CUL4B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
