NXT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, ASNS, and Cyclin-D1. Each is linked with NXT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXT2-to-partner and partner-to-NXT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by NXT2-low versus NXT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
