NXT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,825 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2A, PSMD10, and CXorf56. Each is linked with NXT2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXT2-to-partner and partner-to-NXT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXT2 versus UBE2A in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
