Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,690 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint, and Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint. Each is linked with NXT2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXT2-to-partner and partner-to-NXT2 results are reported.
