Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,914 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT61A, ESF1, and TRMT6. Each is linked with NXT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXT1-to-partner and partner-to-NXT1 results are reported.
