Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,504 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NXT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD13B, SNHG20, and OMD. Each is linked with NXT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXT1-to-partner and partner-to-NXT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXT1 versus ANKRD13B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
