Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,274 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic DNA replication, Nuclear DNA replication, and Cell cycle DNA replication. Each is linked with NXT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXT1-to-partner and partner-to-NXT1 results are reported.
