Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NXPH4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NXPH4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher NXPH4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NXPH4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and CHOL are the cancer types where NXPH4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
