NXPH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXPH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,214 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXPH4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NDUFA4L2, SHMT2, and KDM3A. Each is linked with NXPH4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPH4-to-partner and partner-to-NXPH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXPH4 versus NDUFA4L2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXPH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXPH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
