Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXPH4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,617 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NXPH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, TPI1, and ENO2. Each is linked with NXPH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPH4-to-partner and partner-to-NXPH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXPH4 versus GAPDH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXPH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXPH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
