Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXPH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NXPH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMSP1, RPL7P5, and RNA5SP205. Each is linked with NXPH4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPH4-to-partner and partner-to-NXPH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMSP1 grouped by NXPH4-low versus NXPH4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXPH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXPH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
