Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXPH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NXPH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR504, RPL3P13, and MIR5092. Each is linked with NXPH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPH3-to-partner and partner-to-NXPH3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXPH3 versus MIR504 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXPH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXPH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
