The most reproducible NXPH3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Electron transport chain. Each is linked with NXPH3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPH3-to-partner and partner-to-NXPH3 results are reported.
