Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NXPH2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NXPH2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher NXPH2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NXPH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NXPH2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
