Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXPH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 896 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NXPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, MAPK1, and CHGA. Each is linked with NXPH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPH1-to-partner and partner-to-NXPH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXPH1 versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
