Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NXPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MK-1775, 630600, and 150412. Each is linked with NXPH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPH1-to-partner and partner-to-NXPH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MK-1775 grouped by NXPH1-low versus NXPH1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
