Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NXPE2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NXPE2 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NXPE2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NXPE2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where NXPE2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
