Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXNL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,886 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NXNL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, Positive regulation of plasma membrane repair, and Response to water. Each is linked with NXNL2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXNL2-to-partner and partner-to-NXNL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell-substrate adhesion grouped by NXNL2-low versus NXNL2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
