NXF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,219 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS23, FUCA1, and GTF3C2. Each is linked with NXF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXF3-to-partner and partner-to-NXF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXF3 versus MRPS23 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
