NXF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC7, DIRC1, and ZNF804B. Each is linked with NXF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXF3-to-partner and partner-to-NXF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MUC7 grouped by NXF3-low versus NXF3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
