Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NVL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,666 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NVL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO9, PARP1, and C1orf35. Each is linked with NVL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NVL-to-partner and partner-to-NVL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NVL versus IPO9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
