Across TCGA patient cohorts, NVL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,578 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NVL-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTL, URB2, and UBE2T. Each is linked with NVL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NVL-to-partner and partner-to-NVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NVL versus DTL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
