NVL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NVL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,313 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NVL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, Nuclear pore organization, and Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with NVL in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NVL-to-partner and partner-to-NVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion grouped by NVL-low versus NVL-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
