Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUTM2G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUTM2G data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher NUTM2G Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUTM2G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, UCEC, and LGG are the cancer types where NUTM2G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
