Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUTM2F mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUTM2F data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher NUTM2F mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUTM2F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.
LUAD, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where NUTM2F mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
