NUTM2F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTM2F RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,537 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTM2F-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCAT7, AKAP8L, and RAD9A. Each is linked with NUTM2F in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTM2F-to-partner and partner-to-NUTM2F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUTM2F versus PCAT7 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUTM2F→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUTM2F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
