NUTM2F

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTM2F protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,214 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTM2F-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAX1, JCHAIN, and IRF4. Each is linked with NUTM2F in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTM2F-to-partner and partner-to-NUTM2F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUTM2F versus LAX1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUTM2F→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUTM2F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
