The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher NUTM2D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUTM2D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and BLCA are the cancer types where NUTM2D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
