NUTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src, Cyclin-B1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with NUTM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTM1-to-partner and partner-to-NUTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
