Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTF2P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,085 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUTF2P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Oxidative phosphorylation, and Electron transport chain. Each is linked with NUTF2P6 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTF2P6-to-partner and partner-to-NUTF2P6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis grouped by NUTF2P6-low versus NUTF2P6-high in STAD.
