Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTF2P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,237 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUTF2P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organelle fusion, Postsynapse organization, and Membrane lipid metabolic process. Each is linked with NUTF2P5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTF2P5-to-partner and partner-to-NUTF2P5 results are reported.
