NUTF2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTF2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,613 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTF2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAP30BP, HNRNPA3, and KPNA2. Each is linked with NUTF2P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTF2P2-to-partner and partner-to-NUTF2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUTF2P2 versus SAP30BP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUTF2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUTF2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
