Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUTF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUTF2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher NUTF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUTF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LIHC, and PRAD are the cancer types where NUTF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
