Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,443 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSKH1, SLC7A6OS, and AMFR. Each is linked with NUTF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTF2-to-partner and partner-to-NUTF2 results are reported.
