NUTF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD90, MIR7159, and LGALS13. Each is linked with NUTF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTF2-to-partner and partner-to-NUTF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD90 grouped by NUTF2-low versus NUTF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
