NUTF2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1 and Annexin_VII. Each is linked with NUTF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTF2-to-partner and partner-to-NUTF2 results are reported.
