Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUTF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,208 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUTF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of establishment of protein localization to telomere, Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication, and Regulation of centromeric sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with NUTF2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTF2-to-partner and partner-to-NUTF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of establishment of protein localization to telomere grouped by NUTF2-low versus NUTF2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
