NUSAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUSAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,023 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUSAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, MS4A4A, and SELPLG. Each is linked with NUSAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NUSAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUSAP1 versus POLE2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUSAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUSAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
