NUSAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUSAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUSAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP331, RNA5SP146, and RN7SKP144. Each is linked with NUSAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NUSAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP331 grouped by NUSAP1-low versus NUSAP1-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUSAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUSAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
