Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUSAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,708 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUSAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic nuclear division, Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition, and Positive regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with NUSAP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NUSAP1 results are reported.
