Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,604 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF20A, AURKB, and CCDC170. Each is linked with NUS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUS1-to-partner and partner-to-NUS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUS1 versus KIF20A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
