Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,463 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spermidine biosynthetic process, 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping, and Spermine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NUS1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUS1-to-partner and partner-to-NUS1 results are reported.
