NUS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPHS2, MSGN1, and C12orf40. Each is linked with NUS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUS1-to-partner and partner-to-NUS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPHS2 grouped by NUS1-low versus NUS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
