NUPR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,844 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUPR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIBAN1, UTRN, and NOC2L_S49. Each is linked with NUPR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUPR1-to-partner and partner-to-NUPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUPR1 versus NIBAN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
