Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,464 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPQ, EZH2, and HLF. Each is linked with NUPR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUPR1-to-partner and partner-to-NUPR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUPR1 versus CPQ in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
