Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,664 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUPR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of oxidative phosphorylation, Negative regulation of autophagosome assembly, and Regulation of type B pancreatic cell proliferation. Each is linked with NUPR1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUPR1-to-partner and partner-to-NUPR1 results are reported.
