Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUP93 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUP93 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher NUP93 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUP93 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where NUP93 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
