Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP88 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP88-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ERK2, and FASN. Each is linked with NUP88 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP88-to-partner and partner-to-NUP88 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by NUP88-low versus NUP88-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP88→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP88) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
