Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP85 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,201 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP85-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, TTK, and ESPL1. Each is linked with NUP85 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP85-to-partner and partner-to-NUP85 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP85 versus HROB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP85→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
